Everyone loves a Keel billed Toucan don’t they especially when one is flitting between the trees… what a great sight!
Here is a Green Honeycreeper, taken in Panama. They are difficult to spot amongst the jungle foliage but wonderful to see when they pop out into the open for a second! It is small, beautifully formed and so colourful. Just the bird to reflect the glorious sunshine that we are not enjoying here in the UK today.
Introducing Mr & Mrs Blue Dacnis, so pretty and so flighty, flitting in between the branches at great speed and with such assurance. So confident for such tiny, beautiful birds .
Phew, this White-shouldered Tanager only stopped flitting about for a second or two
Black breasted Puffbird, one of the five different types of Puffbird in Panama. I think I saw three of them but maybe more.
