Day 15#20… From deepest darkest Dorset in one agile leap we land in the Cairngorms in Scotland, just outside Inverness to be exact. We were staying in Granton on Spey and dropped in to see Andy Howard (yes brother of Martin). Andy is a world renowned and celebrated wildlife photographer (www.andyhoward.co.uk) and is passionate about caring for and photographing species local to the Cairngorms. My quest was to photograph Red Squirrels and I spent a wonderful morning under Andy’s tutelage doing just that. So much so that I now have many photos of these cute little creatures. This one, of a red squirrel jumping, is one of my favourites although it was really tough to choose just one….I hope you like it.
