Uganda’s National bird, the Grey Crowned Crane is undoubtedly a beautiful looking bird. I’ve photographed them in fields, on the edge of swamps and in amongst the deep foliage but I was surprised to see these ones on tree stumps, Kisiizie, Uganda – they make great subjects for framed prints too!
