Children who are rescued from the streets and jungle are so excited to join the Emily Collins School. Their clothes have usually been not much more than rags and if they do have sandals they’ve probably scavenged them from the rubbish dump. So, being given a new uniform consisting of a school sweater, shirt and tie, shorts and a pair of shoes and socks AND a sports shirt, shorts and socks is beyond their dreams.
